Ingredients for Sesame Thin Crisps: Eggs 2, Granulated Sugar 40g, Corn Oil 40g, Cake Flour 60g, Sesame Seeds 30g.
Method:
Step 1: Add granulated sugar to whole eggs and beat until mixed (not whipped).
Step 2: Pour in food oil and mix well.
Step 3: Lift the mixer, the egg mixture should be smooth.
Step 4: Sift in cake flour.
Step 5: Stir well until combined.
Step 6: Sift in sesame seeds and mix well.
Step 7: Transfer to a piping bag.
Step 8: Pipe onto a baking tray or parchment paper.
Step 9: Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for 20 minutes.
