Domi fresh cream cheese 120g
Cake flour 20g
Granulated sugar 50g
Butter 30g
Milk 50g
Lemon juice 5g

Cornstarch 15g
Steps for making Light Cheese Raspberry Cake:
1. Mix cream cheese, butter, and milk evenly.
2. Separate the egg yolks and whites, and add the yolks to the cheese mixture, stirring well.
3. Add cake flour and cornstarch, stirring until smooth.
4. Add lemon juice to the egg whites and beat until frothy.
5. Add sugar.
6. Beat until stiff peaks form.
7. Fold 1/3 of the meringue into the yolk mixture, stirring well.
8. Pour the mixture back into the remaining meringue and stir until well combined.
9. Pour the batter into the mold and bake at 150 degrees Celsius using the water bath method for 60 minutes.
