Black Forest Cake Recipe

Ingredients for Black Forest Cake: Eggs 3, Granulated Sugar 45g, Corn Oil 30g, Milk 42g, Cake Flour 42g, Cocoa Powder 12g, Cherry Canned as needed, Whipping Cream 450g, Icing Sugar 45g, Dark Chocolate 100g, Lemon Juice a few drops, Cherry Liqueur as needed, Fresh Cherries 5-6 pieces.
Method for Black Forest Cake: Step 1: Heat corn oil in a basin over low heat until it shows a pattern (do not boil). Add cocoa powder to the heated corn oil to fully blend. Step 2: Add milk to the cocoa paste. Step 3: Stir well. Step 4: Add egg yolks to the mixture. Step 5: Beat the yolks and blend them thoroughly with the cocoa paste until smooth. Step 6: Sift cake flour into the cocoa paste. Step 7: Stir the flour into the paste with a figure-eight motion until no lumps remain.


Step 8: Beat egg whites with lemon juice and sugar until stiff peaks form. Step 9: Fold 1/3 of the beaten whites into the cocoa batter. Step 10: Gently fold the whites into the cocoa batter. Step 11: Pour the mixed cocoa batter back into the whites. Step 12: Mix the batter evenly using folding and cutting motions. Step 13: Pour the batter into the mold. Step 14: Lift the mold and gently drop it a few times to release air bubbles from the batter.


Step 15: Bake the cake in a preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius for about 50 minutes. Step 16: After removing the cake from the oven, gently drop it twice and invert it onto a cooling rack to release heat. Step 17: Once the cake is completely cooled, remove it from the mold. Step 18: Cut the cake into three equal layers. Step 19: Add icing sugar to the whipping cream. Step 20: Whip the cream. Step 21: Take one layer of cake.


Step 22: Brush with cherry liqueur. Step 23: Spread whipped cream. Step 24: Place some cherry canned on top. Step 25: Add another layer of whipped cream. Step 26: Smooth the surface. Step 27: Place the second layer of cake and repeat the steps for the third layer, spreading cream on the edges and smoothing slightly. Step 28: Coat the whipped cream with dark chocolate shavings. Step 29: Pipe cream flowers on top and decorate with fresh cherries.
