Almond Wafer Recipe

Ingredients for Almond Wafers: 20g cake flour, 120g almond slices, 25g corn oil, 20g powdered sugar, 2 egg whites.
Method for making Almond Wafers:


Step 1: Prepare all the ingredients, separate the egg whites from the yolks, using only the egg whites.


Step 2: Stir corn oil, egg whites, and powdered sugar together until emulsified.


Step 3: Sift in cake flour and mix well.


Step 4: Add almond slices, gently mix to ensure each piece is coated with the egg white mixture.


Step 5: After a short rest, spread the mixture into thin sheets on a baking tray; use a mold for neat shapes if. desired


Step 6: Bake in a preheated convection oven at 155 degrees for about 20 minutes.

Cooking Tips for Almond Wafers: 1. Oven temperature is not absolute; adjust according to your own oven. 2. I did not press the wafers too thin here; if they are very thin, reduce the baking time accordingly.
